Do Alltech toner cartridges come with a warranty?

Yes.  All Alltech locally remanufactured toner cartridges come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee…etc….

Will a remanufactured toner cartridge from Alltech print the same number of pages as my original?

Yes.  We use products that are designed to be compatible with the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) specifications.  Our cartridges are designed to print the same number of pages as an OEM cartridge but at a much better value.

What is the difference between a locally remanufactured cartridge and a refilled cartridge?

Alltech specializes in remanufacturing toner cartridges, not refilling them.  During the remanufacturing process an experienced Alltech technician inspects and replaces all the parts necessary for quality printing over the life of a cartridge. As opposed to companies who simply refill the toner in an empty cartridge, Alltech replaces worn parts and prides itself on delivering quality cartridges.

What do I do with my empty cartridges?

When your cartridge/cartridges are empty, simply CONTACT US and we will come pick up any empty ones you have.  In order to protect the environment we ask that you not throw away empty cartridges and that you don’t write on the box.
